Born on 21st August 1963, Abdullah Al-Rashidi is a prominent Skeet shooter from Kuwait who participated at the Rio Olympics as an "independent Olympic athlete". He has dominated various shooting competitions both at national as well as international level. His achievements:

At the ISSF World Shooting Championships that held in 1995, 1997 and 1998, he won gold medals. In the year 2011, he secured a bronze medal at the championship.
